OFB Beliefs.
OFB was built from scratch. We didn't form within the walls of another agency break room and take a client with us. Thankfully, we didn't have any previous agency experience when we decided to open shop 12 years ago.  And so, the experience of growing a business from scratch has shaped our beliefs. We don't have any misconceptions about how hard business really is or how hard our clients work. Our beliefs have been formed by working directly with clients and learning how best to serve them while having lives of our own.

We believe in being who we are.  Not in pretending to be what people's perception of an "agency" is supposed to be. We aren't going to shower you with gifts or stage a "smoke & mirrors" theater production to impress you. We are not going to tout our capitalized annual billings or a client list full of not so much "real" clients, but rather a list of big companies we once did a third party project for. But we do love to talk to you about your challenges. We are looking for the right fit when we consider taking on new clients.  We surely appreciate the opportunity to be considered to work on your brand. We just want people to choose us for our expertise, not our a sales skills.

We work with clients big, medium, and small.  We are more concerned with how good, not how big. We have the experience, techniques, intelligence, and resources to work with large clients, and we have our fair share of them. But medium and small clients have as much to teach us about brand building and there is nothing more rewarding that helping someone grow. Brand Design is a craft, not a massive production-line undertaking that requires an army of people and support. We keep our core staff lean, fit and focused on their specialty (high level design, brand strategy, and Interactive design and development). We love efficiency, productivity, and freedom. This model allows us to say no to projects that we don't have enthusiasm for. And together with our brand design program it allows us to take on clients that usually work with much larger agencies.

We believe you benefit from our variety of experience. We certainly have more experience in industries like retail, food & beverage, real estate, financial, restaurant, automotive, and towns & tribes. But we do not refuse a great client in any industry if the challenge interests us. We feel some of our best ideas come from utilizing strategies we developed for one industry in another. Our diagnostic process ensures we learn all we need to know to solve your branding and interactive challenges.

We believe in saying it. People will tell you that we are brutally honest when it comes to assessing our clients challenges and our own performance. We respect the creative and entrepreneurial spirit of our clients. If they did not take risks to start and maintain their businesses, creative agencies wouldn't have any work. The clients are the real risk takers. So we believe they deserve nothing less than our real opinion about where we think they stand. But we always back those opinions up with ideas for solutions.

We don’t charge like an agency. We DO NOT work on retainer. It makes creative people lazy and makes you question how long what we do takes. We don’t work by the hour. We get paid to create value and work intensely.  The cost of our services is always determined upfront and we don't have time to charge you for copies. We are a paperless company anyway. Haha

OFB does not license its work. Once completed, the work is owned by the client.

We believe in working fast. That doesn't mean "on short notice"...it just means that we once we are equipped with the necessary amount of input we like to sit down and focus on one thing until it's done.

Recent Client Testimonials

"OFB provided a white glove service experience for our project. From conception to execution, they provided insight, creative solution, strategy and rationale on direction. Second, they were quick learners and adaptable to shifts in project direction. The leadership and strategy team took personal attention to quickly absorbing the wireless industry and how customer shopping behavior effected the scope of the project. The project also took multiple twists and turns and they provided creative solutions that solved for these changes. And last, One Fast Buffalo offers top notch creative ideas and solutions that delivered on our objective.  I have a lot of respect for Ben Jenkins and Christine Weber. They understand the clients needs and budgets. I appreciate their directness and upfront approach to communication. Ben as a great strategic vision that is brought to life in their creative execution. In addition, they are fun and good-humored people. It's always a pleasure to work with a group that even during tight deadlines and 11th hour creative needs, still have a positive and energetic demeanor. "

"Although a lot of branding firms promote this, it is not always easy to find innovative talent that can interpret your business strategy in a way that makes for a more productive outcome for your marketing team, provides tools for your business, promotes your clients, and saves you money. OFB's intuitive and strategic thinking about how to extend our brand and services, combined with the team's ability to execute those ideas has benefited everyone, and we receive constant positive feedback on what he has delivered."

"OFB's Leadership combines an extensive technical knowledge with creative talent that makes their services unmatched. The OFB team was able to develop a new site for our company all while teaching me the tools & skills I needed to make the site our own. One Fast Buffalo has a very personable, fun and friendly team that makes working together a pleasure.

“I have know Ben Jenkins for a very long time. The knowledge and passion he has put in One Fast Buffalo makes him standout amongst other creative agencies I have worked with in Europe. His team brings a refreshing outlook in premium identity design, integrated branding programs & packaging design as well as strategical services, which would give an international market like Europe a campaign which has never been seen before. I highly recommend One Fast Buffalo especially for the European market. They have the extra edge that is needed in the continuous changing markets!”
