The first objective of our Brand Design & Launch Program is to craft a new brand story. But we don't sit around in a brainstorming tank and "conjure" ideas to get there.  Ideas come from digging for and absorbing relevant information until we find insight and inspiration. Ideas are gifts we receive when we pro-actively ask ourselves to learn about things. So our key strategic techniques at OFB are built around the Brand Diagnosis. 

OFB offers a diagnostic approach to creating new brand stories utilizing our own investigative research methods and branding exercises. Brands are broken down into components that allow the team to manage the complexity of considering every brand touch point that makes up the customer's experience. Our Brand Strategists study each component of your brand and then prescribe an dose of what we call “Good Brand Medicine.” A full spectrum of recommendations for the brand in the form of initiatives, followed by creative and technical projects that drive those initiatives. Brand Rituals are a big part of our recommendations...not just design projects. Rituals represent the recurring interactions we create between ourselves and our customers. 

We reveal our Findings & Recommendation's during a 1-2 day session we call Executive Brand Camp. For some brave clients this can even happen in a remote retreat setting allowing both parties to focus intensely on the goal of telling our new brand story. Yes, we go camping.
