Recently, El Fenix Restaurants opened a brand new store in Irving, Texas revealing for the first time the restored prototype for the El Fenix brand. OFB was on hand for the grand fiesta along with EL Fenix owner Mike Karns, 3 mariachis, and the rest of the executive staff and family members. Also making an appearance was Jones Baker, the guys who helped bring this restoration project to life from an interior design standpoint. Congratulations to El Fenix and to Irving! Happy Enchiladas.
